Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds and rescheduling

DISHA Health AI provides customized health assessments and services. As such, the following refund policy applies:

Non-refundable Services

Once a screening test, consultation, or AI-based report is initiated, no refund will be issued.

This policy applies to all our health services including but not limited to:

  • Health screening tests
  • Medical consultations
  • AI-generated health reports
  • Personalized health assessments

Rescheduling

You may reschedule appointments or health checkups within 24 hours' notice without penalty.

  • To reschedule, please contact our support team at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
  • Same-day rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional fees
  • Multiple rescheduling requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Duplicate Payments

Any accidental double payments will be refunded upon verification within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Verification may require submission of payment receipts or transaction IDs
  • Bank processing times may extend beyond our 7-10 business day processing period

Technical Failures

If a payment fails but the amount is debited, please contact us with transaction details.

When contacting us about technical payment issues, please include:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Transaction ID and date of transaction
  • Screenshot of payment confirmation or bank statement
  • Description of the issue encountered
